When I photographed her for Reader’s Digest in 2014, she had been living at l’Hotel Dieu hospital for several months. Alexandra received her transplant and id doing well today. She was part of a petition for organ donation to become mandatory in Quebec. Reduce wait times for patients waiting for organ donors is a matter of life and death.
